Ingredients
For the Pancakes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
For the Filling
1 cup Chef3a Foods Mark Whip (whipped until fluffy)
ยพ cup Chef3a Foods Choco Bake Chocolate Chips & Callets
2 tbsp crushed biscuits
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Garnishing
Melted Chef3a Foods Choco Bake
Extra chocolate chips
Fresh strawberries
Mint leaves
Powdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together flour, egg, milk, sugar, vanilla, butter, and salt until smooth.
Step 2
Cook thin pancakes on a lightly greased non-stick pan for about 1 minute per side.
Step 3
Whip Chef3a Foods Mark Whip until light and fluffy.
Step 4
Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over each pancake.
Step 5
Sprinkle Chef3a Foods Choco Bake, crushed biscuits, almonds, and pistachios evenly.
Step 6
Roll the pancakes tightly and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Drizzle melted Chef3a Foods Choco Bake over the rolls.
Step 8
Top with extra chocolate chips, strawberries, powdered sugar, and mint leaves.
