For Cream Layer:
2 cups chilled Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Strawberry Layer:
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
For Crunch Layer:
1 cup crushed biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
Toppings:
Chef 3a Foods Choco Bake chocolate chips
Fresh strawberries
Chocolate syrup

Step 1: Prepare Strawberry Sauce
In a pan add:
Strawberries
Sugar
Lemon juice
Cook for 5โ7 minutes until slightly thick. Cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare Crunch Base
Mix:
Crushed biscuits
Melted butter
Set aside for layering.
Step 3: Whip the Cream
Whip chilled Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip until fluffy and smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
Step 4: Assemble Dessert Cups
Layer in serving glasses:
Biscuit crunch
Strawberry sauce
Mark Whip cream
Choco Bake chips
Repeat layers.
