🛒 Ingredients
For Coffee Base:
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
2 cups chilled milk
1 cup ice cubes
For Creamy Whipped Topping:
1 cup Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Garnishing:
Chocolate syrup
Cocoa powder or coffee powder
Choco chips (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Coffee Foam
In a bowl, add:
Instant coffee
Sugar
Hot water
Beat for 3–5 minutes until thick, fluffy and creamy.
Step 2: Make Cold Coffee
In a blender add:
Chilled milk
Ice cubes
Half of the whipped coffee mixture
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Step 3: Prepare Mark Whip Cream
Whip chilled Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Mix gently.
Step 4: Assemble
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside serving glasses.
Pour cold coffee mixture.
