Pineapple Cream Cake Recipe ๐๐
A soft, fruity and creamy dessert made extra delicious with Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip.

For the Sponge Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
ยฝ cup oil or melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
For the Pineapple Filling
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp pineapple syrup or juice
For the Whipped Frosting
2 cups Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip
2 tbsp chilled pineapple syrup
For Decoration
Pineapple slices
Cherries
Crushed pineapple
White chocolate curls (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cake
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add milk, oil and vanilla essence.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 30โ35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare Pineapple Filling
Add pineapple chunks, sugar and syrup to a pan.
Cook for 5โ7 minutes until slightly thick.
Cool completely before using.
Step 3: Whip the Cream
Chill Chef 3a Foods Mark Whip before whipping.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Add pineapple syrup and whip again until creamy and stable.
Step 4: Assemble the Cake
Slice cake into two layers.
Spread whipped cream on first layer.
Add pineapple filling evenly.
Place second layer on top.
Frost entire cake with whipped cream.
Step 5: Decorate
Pipe cream swirls on top.
Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
