Ingredients:
1 sponge cake
2 cups Mark Whip Whipping Cream
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Vanilla essence
Fresh fruits (optional)
Method:
Chill the Mark Whip cream before whipping
Whip until soft peaks form
Add sugar & vanilla and whip to stiff peaks
Layer cake with cream and fruits
Cover the cake fully with whipped cream
