Create a soft and creamy bakery-style cake using Chef 3A Foods Mark Whip Whipping Cream for a smooth and stable finish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sponge cake

  • 2 cups Mark Whip Whipping Cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

  • Vanilla essence

  • Fresh fruits (optional)

Method:

  1. Chill the Mark Whip cream before whipping

  2. Whip until soft peaks form

  3. Add sugar & vanilla and whip to stiff peaks

  4. Layer cake with cream and fruits

  5. Cover the cake fully with whipped cream

Tip: Mark Whip gives stable peaks perfect for decoration.
