Perfect Red Velvet Cake Using Chef 3A Red Food Color

Ingredients:

• 2 cups flour

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 cup milk

• 2 eggs

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• Chef 3A Red Food Color

Method:

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla

3. Add a few drops of Chef 3A Red Food Color

4. Mix until smooth

5. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes

Tip: Use Chef 3A color for a deep, rich red without affecting taste.
