Ingredients:
For Kunafa Layer:
2 cups shredded kunafa/seviyan
ยฝ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For Cream Filling:
2 cups milk
3 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
ยฝ cup Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Chocolate Layer:
ยฝ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips ๐ซ
ยผ cup cream
1 tbsp butter
Garnishing:
Crushed pistachios
Chef 3a Choco Bake chocolate chips
Rose petals (optional)
Mini kunafa crumbs
Method:
Step 1 โ Prepare Kunafa Base
In a pan, roast kunafa/seviyan with melted butter and sugar until golden and crispy. Let cool.
Step 2 โ Make Cream Layer
In a saucepan, mix milk, cornflour, and sugar. Cook on low heat until thick. Add vanilla and let cool. Fold in whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip for a rich creamy texture.
Step 3 โ Make Chocolate Ganache
Heat cream and pour over Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips. Add butter and stir until smooth and glossy.
Step 4 โ Assemble Dessert Cups
In serving glasses:
