Chocolate Chip Biscuits using Chef 3a Choco Bake

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
ยฝ cup butter (softened)
ยฝ cup caster sugar
ยผ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
ยฝ tsp baking powder
ยผ tsp baking soda
ยผ tsp salt
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips ๐ซ
2โ3 tbsp milk (if needed)
Method:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC and line a baking tray with butter paper.
Step 2:
In a bowl, beat butter, caster sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
Step 3:
Add egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
Step 4:
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
Step 5:
Fold in Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips and mix to form a soft dough. Add a little milk if needed.
Step 6:
Scoop small portions of dough, shape into biscuit rounds, and place on the baking tray. Add extra Choco Bake chips on top for a bakery-style look โจ
Step 7:
Bake for 12โ15 minutes until golden on the edges. Let cool before serving.
