Ingredients

For the Biscuit Base:

  • 1ยฝ cups crushed digestive biscuits

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 200g cream cheese

  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • ยพ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • ยฝ cup fresh cream

For Topping:

  • Strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Extra Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • Chocolate shavings

  • Mint leaves

Method

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and divide among serving glasses. Press gently and chill for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip until light and creamy.

Step 3: Make Chocolate Ganache

Heat cream and pour over Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Add biscuit layer.

  2. Add cheesecake filling.

  3. Pour chocolate ganache.

  4. Repeat layers for a premium dessert-cup look.

Step 5: Garnish

Top with fresh berries, chocolate chips, chocolate shavings, and a mint leaf.

Step 6: Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for 1โ€“2 hours before serving.
