Made with Chef 3a Mark Whip & Chef 3a Food Colours A rich, colorful, and refreshing dessert drink that combines creamy whipped topping, silky falooda, colorful jelly, ice cream, and nuts. Perfect for summer gatherings, family dinners, and festive occasions.

Ingredients

Falooda Base

  • ยฝ cup falooda sev (cooked)

  • 2 tbsp basil seeds (soaked)

  • 3 cups chilled milk

  • 3 tbsp rose syrup

Colorful Jelly

  • 1 packet plain jelly crystals

  • Chef 3a Pink Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Green Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Purple Food Colour

Whipped Topping

  • 1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

Garnishing

  • Vanilla ice cream scoops

  • Chopped pistachios

  • Almond flakes

  • Rose petals

  • Colorful jelly cubes

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Method

Step 1: Prepare the Jelly

Prepare jelly according to package instructions.

Divide into 3 portions and add:

  • Chef 3a Pink Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Green Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Purple Food Colour

Set in the refrigerator and cut into cubes.

Step 2: Whip the Cream

Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until light and fluffy.

Add icing sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Refrigerate until needed.

Step 3: Prepare Falooda Milk

Mix chilled milk with rose syrup.

Add soaked basil seeds and cooked falooda sev.

Stir well.

Step 4: Assemble the Falooda

In a tall serving glass, layer:

  1. Colorful jelly cubes

  2. Falooda sev

  3. Basil seeds

  4. Rose milk mixture

  5. Vanilla ice cream scoop

  6. Generous swirl of Chef 3a Mark Whip

Step 5: Garnish

Top with:

๐ŸŒน Rose petals
๐Ÿฅœ Pistachios & almonds
