Ingredients
Falooda Base
ยฝ cup falooda sev (cooked)
2 tbsp basil seeds (soaked)
3 cups chilled milk
3 tbsp rose syrup
Colorful Jelly
1 packet plain jelly crystals
Chef 3a Pink Food Colour
Chef 3a Green Food Colour
Chef 3a Purple Food Colour
Whipped Topping
1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip
2 tbsp icing sugar
Garnishing
Vanilla ice cream scoops
Chopped pistachios
Almond flakes
Rose petals
Colorful jelly cubes

Step 1: Prepare the Jelly
Prepare jelly according to package instructions.
Divide into 3 portions and add:
Chef 3a Pink Food Colour
Chef 3a Green Food Colour
Chef 3a Purple Food Colour
Set in the refrigerator and cut into cubes.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until light and fluffy.
Add icing sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Refrigerate until needed.
Step 3: Prepare Falooda Milk
Mix chilled milk with rose syrup.
Add soaked basil seeds and cooked falooda sev.
Stir well.
Step 4: Assemble the Falooda
In a tall serving glass, layer:
Colorful jelly cubes
Falooda sev
Basil seeds
Rose milk mixture
Vanilla ice cream scoop
Generous swirl of Chef 3a Mark Whip
Step 5: Garnish
Top with:

Serve immediately.
