Ingredients

Crust

  • 200g digestive biscuits (crushed)

  • 100g melted butter

Cheesecake Filling

  • 400g cream cheese

  • ยฝ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • ยฝ cup fresh cream

Colors

  • Chef 3a Green Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Pink Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Red Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Purple Food Colour

  • Chef 3a Yellow Food Colour

Garnishing

  • Whipped cream

  • Rainbow sprinkles

  • Fresh berries

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Method

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.

Press firmly into a lined baking tray.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Cheesecake Batter

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time.

Mix in vanilla essence and fresh cream.

Step 3: Create Rainbow Colors

Divide the cheesecake mixture into 5 bowls.

Add a different Chef 3a Food Colour to each bowl:

Mix until vibrant.

Step 4: Create the Swirl

Pour colored mixtures randomly over the crust.

Step 5: Bake

Bake at 160ยฐC for 30โ€“35 minutes.

Allow to cool completely.

Chill for 3โ€“4 hours.

Step 6: Decorate

Top with:
