Ingredients

Crunch Layer

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits

  • ยฝ cup roasted almonds (chopped)

  • ยฝ cup roasted cashews (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp honey

Cream Layer

  • 1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • ยฝ cup warm cream

Garnishing

  • Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • Honey drizzle

  • Crushed pistachios

  • Almond slices

Step 1: Prepare the Crunch Base

Mix crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and honey.

Add a layer to serving glasses.

Step 2: Make Chocolate Ganache

Pour warm cream over Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.

Mix until smooth and glossy.

Allow to cool slightly.
