Ingredients
Crunch Layer
1 cup crushed biscuits
ยฝ cup roasted almonds (chopped)
ยฝ cup roasted cashews (chopped)
2 tbsp honey
Cream Layer
1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate Layer
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
ยฝ cup warm cream
Garnishing
Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Honey drizzle
Crushed pistachios
Almond slices

Step 1: Prepare the Crunch Base
Mix crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and honey.
Add a layer to serving glasses.
Step 2: Make Chocolate Ganache
Pour warm cream over Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.
Mix until smooth and glossy.
Allow to cool slightly.
Step 3: Prepare Cream Layer
Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until light and fluffy.
Mix in icing sugar and vanilla essence.
