Made with Chef 3a Choco Bake & Chef 3a Mark Whip A luxurious layered dessert featuring silky caramel pudding, crunchy chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a rich caramel glaze. Perfect for cafรฉs, family dinners, and premium dessert menus.

Ingredients
Pudding Layer
500 ml milk
3 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Caramel Sauce
ยฝ cup sugar
3 tbsp water
ยผ cup cream
Whipped Cream Layer
1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip
2 tbsp icing sugar
Crunch Layer
ยพ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Garnishing
Caramel drizzle
Chocolate chips
Whipped cream rosettes
Almond flakes
๐จโ๐ณ Method
Step 1: Make the Pudding
Heat milk and sugar.
Mix cornflour in a little cold milk and add.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Pour into serving glasses and chill.
Step 2: Prepare Caramel
Cook sugar and water until golden brown.
Add cream carefully and stir until smooth.
Allow to cool slightly.
Step 3: Whip the Cream
Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until fluffy.
Add icing sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Step 4: Assemble
Layer in dessert glasses:
