8 crushed digestive biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
Mango Mousse
2 cups Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)
1 cup fresh mango puree
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Topping
Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Fresh mango cubes
Chocolate curls
Mint leaves

Step 1: Prepare the Base
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
Press into the bottom of serving glasses.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Layer
