Ingredients

  • 8 crushed digestive biscuits

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Mango Mousse

  • 2 cups Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)

  • 1 cup fresh mango puree

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Topping

  • Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • Fresh mango cubes

  • Chocolate curls

  • Mint leaves

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.

Press into the bottom of serving glasses.

Chill for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Chocolate Layer
