Made with Chef 3a Choco Bake & Mark Whip A unique fusion of rich cheesecake, molten chocolate, and crunchy chocolate chips served in individual dessert cups. Perfect for cafรฉs, bakeries, family gatherings, and dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Layer

  • 250g cream cheese

  • ยฝ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)

Chocolate Lava Filling

  • ยฝ cup dark chocolate

  • ยผ cup fresh cream

  • ยฝ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

Chocolate Crumble Base

  • 1ยฝ cups chocolate biscuits (crushed)

  • 75g melted butter

Topping

  • Chef 3a Mark Whip

  • Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • Chocolate curls

  • Fresh strawberries

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Method

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Mix crushed chocolate biscuits with melted butter.

Press into serving dessert cups and chill for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Make Cheesecake Layer

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip.

Pipe or spoon over the biscuit base.

Step 3: Prepare Chocolate Lava Center

Heat cream until warm.

Pour over chocolate and stir until smooth.

Mix in Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.

Allow to cool slightly.

Add a spoonful into the center of each cheesecake cup.

Step 4: Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 5: Decorate

Top generously with:
