Ingredients
Base
2 packs tea biscuits or graham crackers
Cream Layer
2 cups Chef 3a Mark Whip (whipped)
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate Layer
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
ยฝ cup fresh cream (heated)
Berry Layer
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
ยฝ cup blueberries
ยฝ cup raspberries
Topping
Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Chocolate curls
Fresh berries
Mint leaves
๐จโ๐ณ Method
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Ganache
Heat the fresh cream until warm (do not boil).
Pour it over the Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips and stir until smooth.
Allow to cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream
Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until light and fluffy.
Mix in icing sugar and vanilla essence.
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
In a glass dish, layer in this order:

๐ Mixed Berries
Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
Finish with whipped cream.
Step 4: Decorate
Top generously with:

Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate for 6โ8 hours or overnight until the biscuits soften into a cake-like texture.
