Ingredients
For the Chocolate Sponge Cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour
ยฝ cup sugar
3 eggs
ยฝ cup milk
ยผ cup oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the Three Milk Mixture:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup fresh milk
For the Topping:
2 cups whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Chocolate curls or shavings
Cocoa powder for dusting

Step 1: Bake the Chocolate Sponge
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Fold into the wet mixture.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 180ยฐC for 25โ30 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare the Three Milk Mixture
In a bowl, combine:
Evaporated milk
Condensed milk
Fresh milk
Mix well until smooth.
Step 3: Soak the Cake
Using a fork or skewer, poke holes throughout the cake.
Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to absorb completely.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Decorate
Spread a generous layer of whipped Chef 3a Mark Whip over the chilled cake.
