Ingredients
Cake Layer
1 sponge cake (vanilla or strawberry)
2 drops Chef 3a Pink Food Colour
2 drops Chef 3a Red Food Colour
Cream Layer
2 cups Chef 3a Mark Whip
3 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Crunch Layer
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
ยฝ cup crushed biscuits
Fruit Layer
1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
Strawberry sauce (optional)
Decoration
Mark Whip swirls
Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Fresh strawberries
Pink cream rosettes
๐จโ๐ณ Method
Step 1: Prepare Colored Cake
Add Chef 3a Pink and Red Food Colours to cake batter before baking.
Bake and cool completely.
Cut into small cubes.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
Whip Chef 3a Mark Whip until fluffy.
Add icing sugar and vanilla.
Divide into two portions:
Leave one white
Add a drop of Chef 3a Pink Food Colour to the second
Step 3: Assemble the Trifle
In a clear dessert bowl:

4๏ธโฃ Choco Bake chocolate chips

Repeat layers.
