Ingredients:

For Sponge Cake:

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Few drops Chef 3A Red Food Color

For Cream:

  • 2 cups Mark Whip Whipping Cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

  • Few drops red food color

For Decoration:

  • Fresh strawberries

  • Chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

Step 1: Make Colored Sponge Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC

  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy

  3. Add milk and vanilla essence

  4. Mix flour and baking powder

  5. Add a few drops of Chef 3A Red Food Color

  6. Bake for 30โ€“35 minutes and cool completely

Step 2: Prepare Whipped Cream

  1. Chill Mark Whip Cream

  2. Whip until soft peaks form

  3. Add sugar and a little red food color

  4. Whip to stiff peaks

Step 3: Assemble Cake

  1. Cut sponge into layers

  2. Add cream between layers

  3. Add strawberries

  4. Cover the cake fully with cream

  5. Decorate with strawberries and design
