For Sponge Cake:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Filling & Decoration:
ยฝ cup chocolate chips (Choco Bake recommended)
Food colors (Chef 3a Foods โ optional PSL theme colors ๐๐)
Fresh fruits (optional)

Step 1: Prepare Sponge Cake
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
Add vanilla essence and milk
Sift flour + baking powder and fold gently
Pour into greased pan
Bake at 180ยฐC for 25โ30 minutes
Let it cool completely
Step 2: Whip the Cream
Chill Mark Whip cream before use
Whip until soft peaks form
Add sugar & vanilla
Beat until stiff peaks
