Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
1ยฝ cups sugar
ยฝ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
ยฝ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
For the Filling
1 cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
1 cup whipped cream
ยฝ cup chocolate ganache
For Frosting
2 cups chocolate buttercream or whipped frosting
For the Chocolate Shell
500g milk chocolate or compound chocolate
ยฝ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips for decoration
For Decoration
Chocolate shards
Sprinkles
Gold dust (optional)

Step 1: Bake the Cake
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Beat eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Fold in Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.
Bake at 180ยฐC for 30โ35 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Step 2: Fill the Cake
Layer the cake with:
Whipped cream
Chocolate ganache
Extra Choco Bake chocolate chips
Cover with frosting and chill.
Step 3: Create the Chocolate Dome
Melt chocolate.
Coat a silicone dome mold or bowl with chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm.
Apply a second coat for strength.
Carefully remove the chocolate shell.
Step 4: Assemble
Place the cake on a cake board.
Cover it with the chocolate dome.
Seal edges with melted chocolate.
Step 5: Decorate
Decorate using:

Chocolate curls
Gold accents
