Ingredients (Serves 4)
Chocolate Layer
½ cup Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
Sharbat Base
3 cups chilled milk
½ cup sugar syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Colors
Chef 3a Pink Food Colour
Chef 3a Purple Food Colour
Chef 3a Green Food Colour
Chef 3a Yellow Food Colour
Garnishing
Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
Whipped cream
Ice cubes
👨🍳 Method
Step 1: Prepare Chocolate Milk
Heat 1 cup milk.
Add Chef 3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips and stir until melted.
Add sugar and let cool completely.
Step 2: Prepare Colored Sharbat
Mix chilled milk, sugar syrup, and vanilla essence.
Divide into 4 glasses.
Add a few drops of different Chef 3a Food Colours to each glass:
💚 Green
💛 Yellow
💗 Pink
💜 Purple
Mix well.
Step 3: Create the Drink
In a tall serving glass:
Add ice cubes.
Pour the colorful sharbat layers carefully.
Slowly pour the cooled chocolate milk on top.
This creates a beautiful layered effect.
Step 4: Garnish
Top with:
🤍 Whipped cream
