For Donuts Dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
ยฝ tsp salt
1 egg
ยฝ cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter (softened)
For Chocolate Cream Filling:
1 cup Mark Whip (whipping cream)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
ยฝ tsp vanilla essence
ยผ cup melted chocolate or cocoa mix
For Topping:
ยฝ cup Choco Bake chocolate chips
Powdered sugar (optional)

Step 1: Prepare Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add egg and warm milk, mix into a soft dough.
Add butter and knead for 8โ10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rise for 1โ1.5 hours (until doubled).
Step 2: Shape Donuts
Roll out the dough (ยฝ inch thick).
Cut donut shapes using a cutter.
Let them rest for 20โ30 minutes.
Step 3: Fry Donuts
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry donuts until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and let them cool.
Step 4: Prepare Chocolate Cream
Whip Mark Whip until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Mix in melted chocolate โ smooth chocolate cream ready.
Step 5: Fill & Decorate
Fill donuts with chocolate cream using a piping bag.
Dip or drizzle with extra cream.
Sprinkle Choco Bake chocolate chips on top.
