Ingredients

  • 200ml Chef3a Mark Whip

  • ยฝ cup Chef3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • 150g dark chocolate (melted)

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Crushed chocolate biscuits

  • Fresh strawberries or berries (for garnish)

  • Extra Chef3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips for topping

Instructions

Step 1

Whip the chilled Chef3a Mark Whip until soft peaks form.

Step 2

Fold the melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.

Step 3

Add a handful of Chef3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips and gently mix.

Step 4

Layer crushed chocolate biscuits in serving cups.

Step 5

Pipe or spoon the chocolate mousse over the biscuit layer.

Step 6

Top with more Chef3a Choco Bake Chocolate Chips, whipped cream, and fresh berries.

Step 7

Refrigerate for 1โ€“2 hours before serving.
