Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

  1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.

  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add eggs one at a time.

  4. Mix in vanilla essence.

  5. Alternate adding flour mixture and milk until combined.

Step 2: Create the Marble Design

  1. Divide the batter into three portions.

  2. Leave one plain.

  3. Color one portion red and another yellow using Chef 3A Food Colors.

  4. Pour the batters alternately into a loaf pan.

  5. Use a skewer to create beautiful marble patterns.

Step 3: Add Chocolate Chips

  1. Fold Choco Bake Chocolate Chips into the batter.

  2. Sprinkle some on top before baking.

Step 4: Bake

  1. Bake for 40โ€“45 minutes.

  2. Cool completely before decorating.

Step 5: Decorate

  1. Whip Mark Whip Topping Cream until fluffy.

  2. Pipe decorative swirls on top.

  3. Garnish with chocolate chips.
