Ingredients:
For Sponge Cake:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Filling & Topping:
2 cups Mark Whip Whipping Cream
ยฝ cup Chef 3A Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Method:
Step 1: Make Chocolate Sponge Cake
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
Add milk and vanilla essence
Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Combine everything into a smooth batter
Pour into mold and bake for 30โ35 minutes
Let it cool completely
Step 2: Prepare Whipped Cream
Chill Mark Whip Whipping Cream
Whip until soft peaks form
Add sugar and whip to stiff peaks
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Cut cake into layers
Spread whipped cream between layers
