๐Ÿซ Chocolate Chip Cream Cake (Bakery Style)

Soft chocolate sponge + creamy layers + loaded with chocolate chips

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

Chocolate Sponge:

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g sugar

  • 100g flour

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp milk

Cream Layer:

  • 250ml Mark Whip

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • ยฝ tsp vanilla

Filling & Topping:

  • 1 cup Choco Bake chocolate chips

  • Chocolate syrup (optional)

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

Step 1: Bake the Cake

  1. Beat eggs + sugar until fluffy

  2. Add vanilla, oil, milk

  3. Sift flour + cocoa + baking powder

  4. Fold gently

  5. Bake at 180ยฐC for 25โ€“30 mins

  6. Cool completely and cut into 2 layers

Step 2: Whip the Cream

  1. Beat Mark Whip until thick

  2. Add icing sugar + vanilla

  3. Whip till stiff peaks

Step 3: Assemble the Cake

  1. Place first layer

  2. Spread cream

  3. Add Choco Bake chips generously

  4. Add second layer

  5. Cover whole cake with cream

Step 4: Decoration

  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top

  • Drizzle chocolate syrup

  • Pipe cream borders
