๐ซ Chocolate Chip Cream Cake (Bakery Style)
Soft chocolate sponge + creamy layers + loaded with chocolate chips

๐ Ingredients
Chocolate Sponge:
3 eggs
100g sugar
100g flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp milk
Cream Layer:
250ml Mark Whip
2 tbsp icing sugar
ยฝ tsp vanilla
Filling & Topping:
1 cup Choco Bake chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup (optional)
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Cake
Beat eggs + sugar until fluffy
Add vanilla, oil, milk
Sift flour + cocoa + baking powder
Fold gently
Bake at 180ยฐC for 25โ30 mins
Cool completely and cut into 2 layers
Step 2: Whip the Cream
Beat Mark Whip until thick
Add icing sugar + vanilla
Whip till stiff peaks
Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Place first layer
Spread cream
Add Choco Bake chips generously
Add second layer
Cover whole cake with cream
Step 4: Decoration
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Drizzle chocolate syrup
Pipe cream borders
