Ingredients
300g chocolate biscuits
150g cream cheese
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
100g Choco Bake Chocolate Chips
50g crushed Choco Bake Chocolate Chips (for coating)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.
Add cream cheese, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence.
Mix until a smooth dough-like consistency forms.
Step 2: Shape the Truffles
Take small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
Place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
Step 3: Add the Chocolate Center
Press one Choco Bake Chocolate Chip into the center of each ball.
Roll again to seal the chocolate inside.
Step 4: Coat the Truffles
Roll the truffles in crushed Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
