Ingredients

  • 300g chocolate biscuits

  • 150g cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 100g Choco Bake Chocolate Chips

  • 50g crushed Choco Bake Chocolate Chips (for coating)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

  1. Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs.

  2. Add cream cheese, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence.

  3. Mix until a smooth dough-like consistency forms.

Step 2: Shape the Truffles

  1. Take small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.

  2. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Step 3: Add the Chocolate Center

  1. Press one Choco Bake Chocolate Chip into the center of each ball.

  2. Roll again to seal the chocolate inside.

Step 4: Coat the Truffles

  1. Roll the truffles in crushed Choco Bake Chocolate Chips.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
